What I Ate Wednesday!
I’m in such a goooood mood right now! I’ve spent the whole day working from home which has meant I not only got to do lots of cooking, but I also could photograph it all! On top of that I recieved a job offer for over Christmas and I got loads done in my new sketchbook so I’m a happy bunny! :)
So what did I eat this Wednesday…
Breakfast - Cinnamon Nectarine Brulee Oats
Lunch - Rye crackers with goats cheese and a side of roasted butternut squash
Post Gym Snack - Cottage cheese with walnuts, craisins and pumpkin seeds alongside a massive coffee
Dinner - Gammon steak and roasted vegetables made by my lovely mamma bear
Overall its been a really good day I think!
